No. This is coaching. Coaching offers private support, reflection, practical tools, and forward movement, but it does not replace therapy or mental health care.

Many women begin the process on their own, and powerful change can still happen even if your husband is not involved at first.
If your husband would like to participate, that is also an option.
My husband, Matthew, is a highly experienced coach and can join the process to support your spouse if both want to work on things together.
In that case, the work usually includes a combination of private sessions with the wife, private sessions with the husband, and some sessions together as a couple so each person has space to be heard and supported. -
