Terms of Services - Quiet Renewal Intensive Session /Private 1:1

Please read before booking. By scheduling, purchasing, or participating in coaching services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Coaching Services

Quiet Renewal Intensive and Private Coaching 1:1 are private coaching services designed to provide faith-centered support, practical tools, personal reflection, and coaching guidance for emotional steadiness, relational clarity, and personal growth.

These services are coaching only and are not therapy, counseling, mental health treatment, medical care, legal advice, crisis intervention, or financial advice.

2. Client Responsibility

Coaching is a collaborative process. You understand that your results depend on your own honesty, choices, follow-through, and personal responsibility.

You remain fully responsible for your physical, mental, emotional, relational, spiritual, and financial wellbeing, as well as for all decisions, actions, and outcomes that result from coaching conversations or materials.

3. No Guarantee of Specific Results

Coaching is designed to support growth and clarity, but specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

While coaching may lead to meaningful personal shifts, improved awareness, stronger boundaries, emotional steadiness, or relational clarity, no guarantee is made regarding any particular result in marriage, family life, communication, emotional healing, or other personal circumstances.

4. Not Emergency or Crisis Support

Coaching services are not appropriate for emergencies or urgent mental health situations.

If you are in crisis, feel unsafe, are experiencing abuse, are considering harm to yourself or someone else, or need immediate mental health support, please contact 911, a licensed mental health professional, or the appropriate emergency/crisis service in your area immediately.

5. Confidentiality

Your privacy is treated with care and respect.

Information shared during coaching will be kept confidential to the fullest extent reasonably possible within a coaching relationship, except where disclosure may be required by law, needed to prevent serious harm, or necessary for basic business operations such as scheduling, payment processing, or platform administration.

Because coaching is conducted through third-party platforms such as Acuity, email, Zoom, and related tools, absolute confidentiality or data security cannot be guaranteed.

6. Faith-Centered Nature of Coaching

These services are faith-centered and may include biblical encouragement, prayer, spiritual reflection, and Christian perspective where appropriate.

By booking, you understand that faith-based support may be part of the coaching experience.

7. Scheduling and Attendance

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Sessions begin and end as scheduled. Late arrival may shorten the session time and does not guarantee extension.

If you do not attend a scheduled session without notice, the session may be considered missed and forfeited.

8. Rescheduling and Cancellation

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full or counted as used.

Missed sessions, no-shows, or late cancellations are nonrefundable.

For the Quiet Renewal Intensive, unused sessions must be used within the agreed coaching timeframe unless otherwise approved in writing.

9. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment is required in accordance with the package or service selected at the time of booking or enrollment.

Because coaching time, preparation, scheduling, and reserved availability are committed in advance, all coaching purchases are nonrefundable, unless otherwise stated by the coach in writing.

If a payment plan is offered, the client remains responsible for completing all scheduled payments unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Quiet Renewal Intensive Specific Terms

The Quiet Renewal Intensive is a focused 12-week private coaching experience.

The program may include private Zoom sessions, reflection exercises, weekly integration work, voice-note support or private check-ins, and practical tools for personal growth and relational clarity.

Client understands that:

the intensive is a structured coaching container for the agreed time period

support access is limited to the program term unless otherwise stated

voice-note or check-in support is offered within reasonable business boundaries and response times, not as on-demand unlimited access

any unused portions of the program expire at the end of the agreed coaching term unless otherwise approved

11. Private Coaching 1:1 Specific Terms

Private Coaching 1:1 is a standalone or ongoing private coaching service.

Each session is intended to provide focused support around the client’s current situation, growth goals, emotional patterns, communication concerns, or personal next steps.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, each session is limited to the time booked and does not create an ongoing retainer-style support relationship outside the agreed session or package structure.

12. Communication Boundaries

Between-session support, where included, is limited to the format and boundaries stated in the selected service.

Voice notes, email, or private check-ins are for coaching support only and are handled during normal business availability. Response times may vary and are not guaranteed to be immediate.

13. Intellectual Property

All coaching materials, worksheets, tools, frameworks, PDFs, recordings, and written content provided by Christina Brady / Immersion Life Ministries remain the intellectual property of the coach unless otherwise stated.

These materials are for the client’s personal use only and may not be copied, shared, reproduced, distributed, taught, sold, or republished without written permission.

14. Recording and Use of Materials

Sessions may not be recorded, reproduced, or distributed by the client without written permission.

If the coach provides notes, audio, worksheets, or follow-up materials, those are for the client’s personal use only.

15. Scope of Relationship

Booking a coaching session or enrolling in a coaching package does not create a therapeutic, medical, legal, fiduciary, or licensed professional-client relationship.

Coaching is supportive and educational in nature and should not replace licensed professional care where needed.

16. Right to Decline or End Services

The coach reserves the right to decline, pause, or discontinue services if the coaching relationship is not a good fit, if boundaries are not respected, if payment obligations are not met, or if the client’s needs fall outside the scope of coaching.

If coaching is ended by the coach, any decision regarding unused sessions or partial credit will be made at the coach’s discretion unless otherwise required by law.

17. Agreement

By booking, purchasing, or participating in Quiet Renewal Intensive or Private Coaching 1:1, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
