How to interrupt spiraling thoughts (in 90 seconds).

Spirals feel like truth. Most of the time, they are fear repeating itself.

Quiet Truth:
Not every thought is true.
Not every thought deserves your agreement.
Not every thought gets to lead you.

Why it happens:
Your mind tries to protect you by overthinking.
You mistake worry for wisdom.
You rehearse worst-case outcomes hoping to feel more prepared.
But repeated fear can start sounding like truth.

What to do today (90 sec):
Pause and name it: “I’m spiraling.”

Then use 5-4-3-2-1:
5 things you can see
4 things you can feel
3 things you can hear
2 things you can smell
1 thing you can taste

End with: “Right now, I am safe enough.”

Declaration:
I do not have to follow every fearful thought.
I can slow down, come back to the present, and choose what is true.
